About the service

Videoga.me is operated by LX Interactive Inc. (“we”, “us” and “our”). These terms apply to your use of the website, job search, company information and account features.

Features, availability and coverage may change, and we do not promise complete coverage of every employer or opportunity.

Listings and applications

We present source-backed information, but listings can change after collection. Check the original source for current availability, compensation, location, eligibility and application instructions. A verification date describes our observation of the source, not a guarantee that a role remains open.

Employers and their recruitment services control hiring and applications. Videoga.me is not the employer, does not make hiring decisions, and does not guarantee interviews, offers or outcomes. Links and company names do not imply endorsement or a partnership.

Use your own judgment when sharing information with an employer or third-party site. Their terms apply when you leave Videoga.me.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and do not impersonate another person or organization. If you think someone else has accessed your account, secure your sign-in provider, review your account security settings and contact us for help.

Only upload profile material you have permission to use. You retain your rights in that material and allow us to store, process and display it as needed to operate the features you request. Your display name and any username, bio or profile photo you add appear on your public profile. You can edit your profile and remove your photo in Account.

You can export your information or close your account through Account settings. The Privacy & cookie policy explains deletion and retained recovery copies.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and with respect for others. Do not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private data or infrastructure.
• Bypass security controls, rate limits or access restrictions, or disrupt the service with abusive traffic.
• Submit malware, spam, fraudulent requests or unlawful, threatening or infringing material.
• Misrepresent your identity, company authority, job information or relationship with Videoga.me.
• Republish protected content without permission or use automated collection in a way that violates applicable rights or harms the service.

Automated access and reuse

Except where permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, browser automation, AI agents or similar tools to systematically collect, download or extract job listings, company information or other data from the website or its APIs.
• Copy, mirror, republish, sell or redistribute all or a substantial part of our aggregated listings or company directory, or use systematic extraction to recreate that collection in another database, feed or service.
• Evade rate limits, access restrictions or other technical controls, including by rotating accounts, identities or network addresses to continue collection.

Ordinary browsing, saving individual opportunities for your own job search, sharing links, and using accessibility or assistive tools for those purposes are allowed. These restrictions are aimed at systematic extraction and database duplication.

General-purpose search engines may index public pages for search discovery in accordance with our robots.txt instructions and access restrictions. That permission does not extend to republishing our database or bypassing access controls.

For a data licence, research project, integration or other bulk use, request permission at support@videoga.me. Public availability of a page or API does not by itself grant permission for bulk reuse. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights.

Content and intellectual property

Videoga.me branding and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. Job descriptions, company logos, trademarks and linked materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to a listing does not transfer ownership or grant a general republication licence.

To report inaccurate content or raise a copyright, trademark, privacy or removal concern, email support@videoga.me. Include the relevant page link, your concern and how we can reach you. We may ask for evidence of your identity or authority.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful, reliable information, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, protections or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not replace an employment agreement or the terms of an external application service.

We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. You can contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Updates and questions

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect. New paid products or substantially different features may need additional terms.
