Our target
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. We have not completed a full conformance assessment, so we do not claim that every page meets that standard yet.
What is in place
The site includes a skip-to-content link, labeled forms, visible keyboard focus, keyboard controls for search suggestions, and a navigation drawer that supports Escape and returns focus when closed. The toolbar respects your reduced-motion preference.
Testing and remaining work
We have checked selected flows in Chrome at desktop and mobile viewport sizes. A wider review with screen readers, other browsers, touch devices, text enlargement and contrast checks is still in progress. These checks are not a substitute for testing with people who use assistive technology.
One known issue is that the pale-green homepage headline needs stronger contrast against its background.
Job descriptions come from external sources and may have inconsistent formatting. Employer application sites are outside our control. Search, account and support interactions require JavaScript.

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Let us know if you need the information in another format.
