Senior IT Specialist

About this role

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the efficiency of daily IT functions.   At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute to the final product and have an impact on the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters Following new technologies and integrating them into our company REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of work experience in related fields Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems Excellent level of written and spoken English Passion and interest in games Appreciation and understanding of teamwork   Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a top priority for Dream Games.
