About this role

Your main mission? Shape the future of the animation system and its tools in the Enfusion Engine. You'll team up with animators to craft new animation methods, refine existing ones, and keep the animation export pipeline running smoothly. You'll also join forces with game programmers to deliver an animation system that truly serves gameplay and moddability. And the best part - your work on engine tools will empower our community to create their own mods. We're open to a wide range of seniority levels - from seasoned pros to talented juniors ready to make their mark RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement new features and systems for the Enfusion Engine * Develop and maintain tools for artists, designers, animators, sound designers, and other developers * Contribute to technologies that enable the creation of large-scale, immersive game environments * Build and improve tools used by our modding community * Actively propose and design technical solutions to complex problems * Continuously improve workflows and explore new techniques and technologies * Investigate and resolve issues within the engine and related systems * Cooperate closely with other departments to align on shared goals REQUIREMENTS: * Solid C++ knowledge * Strong understanding of object-oriented design * Good math and linear algebra skills * Teamwork and communication skills * Good spoken and written English * Experience with game development NICE TO HAVE: * Experience working on large engines or projects * Ability to adapt to and work within a large codebase * Passion for video games WE OFFER: * A friendly team of people enthusiastic about games * Opportunities for skill development and growth * All our games for free * 27 days of holidays per year, company profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contribution Please attach examples of your work (including source code).
