About this role

We are looking for a Senior Technical artist who will be responsible for establishing data structures, implementing and configuring game assets. You will be serving as a technical bridge between our art, design, and programming departments. This hands-on position involves both initial setup and final implementation of game content. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create and maintain game data structure, file naming conventions, and folder organization * Implement and configure assets in the Enfusion engine, ensuring technical quality and functionality * Prepare and edit 3D models and other assets for in-game use * Collaborate with designers and programmers on asset integration and feature implementation * Perform final technical configuration of assets before they go live in the game * Maintain organized asset management within version control systems (SVN) * Document workflows and technical specifications for asset implementation * Troubleshoot asset integration issues and provide technical solutions REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with game engines (Enfusion, Unity, Unreal, or similar) * Understanding of game data structures and content organization * Understanding of 3D modeling  * Knowledge of 3D asset preparation, implementation and configuration * Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git, Perforce, etc.) and ability to work effectively with large sets of game data and assets * Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments * Problem-solving mindset with technical aptitude NICE TO HAVE: * Hands-on experience with BI games and Enfusion Engine, especially modding * Knowledge of game development workflows * Basic scripting abilities (helpful but not required) * Previous experience in a game development environment WE OFFER: * A friendly team of people who are enthusiastic about games * Possibilities for skill development and growth * All our games for free * 27 days of holidays per year, company profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contribution
