HR Specialist Intern

With contributions to world-renowned franchises including Halo, Fortnite, Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Assassin's Creed, Sperasoft delivers AAA co-development across engineering, art, design, technical art, and production.We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, collecting the necessary information from employees and other stakeholders, helping senior colleagues in their daily tasks.  Your responsibilities will be:Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsAddressing employee queries about benefitsReviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies, scanning documents and regular re-checking of documents in foldersParticipating in organizing company events
