DevSecOps Engineer

About this role

Key Responsibilities and activities:• Design, implement and monitor enterprise-grade secure fault-tolerant infrastructure.• Work with cross-functional teams in design, development and implementation of enterprisescalable features to support platform and infrastructure security requirements, includingenvironment monitoring and incident remediation.• Working closely with InfoSec teams to ensure organizational best practices are followed.• Assist the team in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstratingthem to other members of the team• Integrate newly developed and existing applications into private, public and hybrid cloudenvironments• Automate deployment pipelines in a scalable, secure and reliable manner• Implement and integrate security in our CI/CD pipelines using tools like sonarqube• Improvise the security posture of our cloud infrastructure and enable engineering teams toimprovise on application security• Drive the security initiatives across the engineering teams at Helpshift• Have a culture of automation where any repetitive work is automated• Help grow the team by mentoring and interviewing other talented engineers that want to join us.
