About this role

* Oversee the game development process. Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget constraints. * Lead a diverse team of designers, artists, programmers, and other staff. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. * Maintain the game's quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews. Ensure that the game meets or exceeds industry standards. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to align project goals and strategies. * Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting. * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. * Proven track record of successfully managing AAA, co-dev and porting game projects. * Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development. * Able to drive various functions through the whole development process. * Good organizational skills and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in project management software and tools. * Fluent in English.
