Game Designer (Meta, Unannounced Project)

We’re looking for a Game Designer who will take ownership of major meta features for our new project and help shape the game’s meta layer — from initial concepts and system decomposition all the way through to validating each feature in the build. EXPECTATIONS WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: * Experience as a Game Designer / Feature Owner / Product Game Designer. * Ability to write clear, well-structured GDDs * Strong understanding of game systems, flows, states, and dependencies. * Ability to collaborate effectively with key teams (Dev, UI/UX, QA, Production). * Experience owning features from concept through to in-build validation. ADDITIONALLY, IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE: * Experience in mobile F2P * Experience with multiplayer or open-world projects * Understanding of economy, progression, and LiveOps systems * Basic knowledge of analytics * Experience working with Unity WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Designing major meta systems and breaking them down into individual features. * Owning features from concept to release: GDDs, flows, states, constraints, and in-build validation. * Ensuring features are aligned with the overall product strategy and direction. * Aligning solutions with the PO, System GD, Dev, UI/UX, and QA teams, while resolving day-to-day. issues independently without unnecessary escalation * Identifying risks before development starts and driving features through to release without compromising the original vision.
