ABOUT SWISH BREAKS We're a fast-growing live commerce company in the sports collectibles space. We operate high-volume livestream card breaks across platforms like Fanatics Live, Whatnot, Tiktok and we move thousands of orders every single day. THE ROLE We're looking for a part-time Fulfillment Operations Intern to join our NYC team immediately. This is a hands-on, high-volume role at the center of our operation — packing, sorting, and shipping orders accurately and on time, every day. This isn’t a slow corporate internship — it’s a front-row seat to how a fast-moving commerce operation actually works. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Pack, sort, and process outbound orders accurately and efficiently * Support inventory organization and tracking * Assist with inbound shipments and logistics coordination * Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning fulfillment workspace * Work alongside the operations leadership team to keep daily workflows running smoothly WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Based in NYC or able to commute daily (on-site only) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to stay focused in a high-volume, physical work environment * A team player who shows up ready to work * Pursuing an undergraduate degree (any field welcome) * Interest in sports, e-commerce, or live commerce is a plus WHAT YOU GET * Paid internship * Real operational experience inside a high-growth company in sports commerce * Direct mentorship from the Swish operations team * Exposure to live commerce, logistics, and startup operations * Potential path to a full-time role based on performance ⚡ WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY.
