UI/UX Artist

About this role

UI/UX Artist at Atomhawk Open to applications up to Senior level. As UI/UX Artist at Atomhawk , you’ll design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AAA games and work with a variety of clients across the video game and entertainment industry.   Key Responsibilities * Design clear, intuitive user interfaces for PC and console, balancing usability, functionality, and visual polish. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to explore ideas and communicate design intent. * Produce polished UI assets, including icons, menus, and HUD elements, that support and enhance the player experience. * Work closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to bring UI into the game engine and ensure it works well in context. * Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback from the team, playtest insights, and UX best practices. * Help maintain a consistent visual language and user experience across screens, features, and platforms. * Keep up to date with relevant UI/UX trends, tools, and workflows. * A portfolio showing experience as a UI/UX Artist in game development. * Experience working with Unreal, Unity, or in-house engines implementing menus, HUDs, and other UI components. * Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * A solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and player-centred design. * Clear communication skills and confidence working with different disciplines.
