Working on a worldwide basis, we provide a range of linguistic, testing, and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers alike.About the role:The Help Desk Receptionist will consistently meet or exceed the company expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality in every task. He/She will be expected to deliver to both client and company's requirements/ tasks.  He/she will be expected to be proactive, self-thought and always looking for innovation to also motivate his peers. Full ownership of end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks. Detailed responsibilities are the following:Customer serviceTo fully understand others' needs and be able to perform high-quality customer service.Administrative tasksAttend to reception and telephone lines.Coordinate shipments and deliveries.Receive and manage visitors in the studio.Report facility issues to the facilities administrator.Inventory engagement and HR supplies (welcome, welcome back, and perks for events).Support in purchasing and requisitioning for facilities and engagement.Coordination of taxis and corporate transportation.Support in the search for new suppliers.Support for the Shared Services and Regional Director America’s team.Full support in organizational and engagement events or other areas to ensure high-quality results and a wonderful experience for the participants.ProactivityTo ensure further assistance and to propose tasks or better ways to work within the company.
