Responsibilities: Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigationsEnsuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required qualityManaging large project teams or multiple sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc)Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholdersManaging communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's sideManaging and planning team capacityConducting team meetings, providing various reportsWorking with leads on tracking team's performanceSupporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plansConducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process.
