For more information, please visit: http://ir.netease.com/ Position Overview： Responsible for day-to-day product operations and LiveOps campaign execution; drive user engagement, retention and monetization conversion through events, seasons and limited-time merge events. Responsibilities： * Participate in the planning, configuration and launch of operations events / seasons / limited-time events * Track event data (participation rate, retention, monetization conversion); produce post-event reviews and propose optimization suggestions * Support in-game economy monitoring (resource output / consumption / monetization touchpoints) and coordinate with the economy team on tuning * Maintain the operations calendar and coordinate event cadence for target markets * Collect player feedback and competitor dynamics to feed into operations iteration Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above; any major acceptable, with Business, Data, Media, Communications or Computer Science preferred * Genuine player experience with casual / merge genres and the ability to deconstruct them * Basic data analysis skills; able to read operations funnels and retention curves * Detail-oriented with strong execution; able to handle multi-threaded configuration tasks * Fluent English Preferred Qualifications: * Internship experience in game operations / community / event planning * Familiarity with game economy systems or numerical frameworks * Multilingual ability, beneficial for multi-market operations Fair Employment Practices At NetEase, we are committed to fair employment practices.
