UI/UX Designer

ChillBase studio is an independent and innovative player in the gaming industry. We’re fueled by our passion for crafting outstanding products.  We’re creating OneState, a unique Social RolePlay game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.  We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion. EXPECTATIONS WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: * At least 3 years of experience in the game industry * A relevant portfolio * Professional proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop * Experience working with design systems, including Atomic Design and Design Tokens * Strong understanding of game UI specifics * Solid knowledge of UX principles * Basic understanding of UI layout implementation * Understanding of iOS and Android guidelines * Ability to explain and justify design decisions and propose alternative solutions * Prototyping skills * Native Russian language ADDITIONALLY, IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE: * Experience working with AI tools * Ability to create animations using tools such as After Effects, Spine, Flash, or HTML5 * Experience working with localization * Awareness of current UI and UX trends and emerging solutions * Understanding of console and PC guidelines WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Designing and developing game interfaces * Preparing layouts and assets for implementation * Owning UI and UX features within the team * Creating animations for UI elements * Designing icons in a flat style * Building interactive prototypes in Figma * Implementing UI in Unity UGUI * Writing technical documentation for your work * Researching product issues and proposing solutions * Running tests to collect data BENEFITS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT Our project is actively growing, as well as the team that creates it.
