We're looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician who thrives on variety, takes pride in hands-on work, and enjoys solving problems before they become problems. Reporting to the Head of IT Operation & Security, you'll play a key role in ensuring our offices remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for our teams. Whether you're troubleshooting a facility issue, coordinating contractors, assembling workspaces, managing shipments, or responding to an urgent maintenance request, you'll be the person people can rely on to make things happen. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with practical judgment, enjoys taking ownership, and genuinely loves fixing, building, and improving things. In this role you will : * Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, fixture installation, and general building upkeep. * Coordinate/Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and basic electrical systems. * Diagnose facility issues, determine appropriate solutions, and coordinate specialized contractors when required. * Manage office layouts, workspace reconfigurations, furniture moves, and facility improvement projects. * Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including international shipments, delivery tracking, and customs documentation as needed. * Support workplace operations by managing service requests, maintaining equipment inventories and maintenance records, and contributing to site safety and security initiatives.  What we're looking for : * 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar hands-on role, ideally in a corporate or commercial environment. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, and general building systems. * Proven ability to independently troubleshoot problems, prioritize tasks, and deliver practical solutions. * Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and service providers. * Strong communication skills in French and functional English, with the physical ability to perform maintenance and material-handling tasks. * DEP or DEC in Building Maintenance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
