Bookkeeper - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking to hire Bookkeeper to our team. This position is a maternity leave replacement for 9 months.     RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders * Prepare payments (pre-payment stage) in accordance with internal guidelines * Open and maintain vendor records in the ERP system * Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers * Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements * Collaborate closely with Procurement and FP&A teams * Support internal controls and documentation in compliance with SOX requirements * Assist with audits and other financial reporting needs     REQUIREMENTS:  * 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (vendor bookkeeping), preferably in a high-tech or global company  * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Fluent English – both written and verbal – is a must * Experience working under SOX/internal control frameworks – a strong advantage * Bookkeeping certification – Type 2 required, Type 3 – an advantage * Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) – an advantage * VAT compliance for non-Israeli entities - an advantage * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * German language skills – an advantage * Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills      Subject to applicable laws, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist our recruitment teams in the hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, communication, response to applications, assessments and tests, as further described in our Candidates Privacy Notice.
