Games QA Tester - Games Tester I

About this role

Miniclip is looking for a Manual QA Tester to hire in our Masomo (Turkey) Games Development Studio in İzmir. It is an exciting opportunity to integrate into a highly effective and skilled team, developing cutting edge mobile games played by tens of millions of users. This role is basically a manual game testing position. This position requires working on-site in Izmir. What are we looking for? We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys team working and is a videogame enthusiast, passionate and dedicated to his/her work.   The ideal candidate will be skilled in the following; * Serious passion for games * Strong focus on manual testing of mobile games * Bachelor's degree in the relevant field * Technical background with 2+ years experience in an engineering role, desirably in similar functions in a mobile software QA department or development team. * Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira and Notion * Knowledge of Firebase and its interface for testing and debugging * Good knowledge of Google Play Store/Apple Store and Android/iOS Apps publication process * Thorough understanding and knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, standards, methodologies, and tools (unit tests, integration tests, system tests, regression tests, acceptance tests, etc). * Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to grow in an energetic, fast-paced, adaptive creative environment as a team player * Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong attention to details * Good in English, written and spoken * Being a gamer is a huge plus for selection.
