Do you bring characters to life through animation? Join Bohemia Interactive in Prague and help create authentic, immersive character animations for our games. You'll work closely with designers, programmers, and our in-house Motion Capture team to deliver realistic first- and third-person animations that define the player experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create high-quality first- and third-person character animations * Collaborate closely with designers and programmers to implement animations in-game * Work with our in-house Motion Capture team, including processing and refining mocap data * Ensure animations are realistic, responsive, and support gameplay requirements * Iterate on animations based on feedback and technical constraints * Continuously improve animation quality and explore new techniques and workflows REQUIREMENTS: * Showreel showcasing your work * Experience creating core gameplay animations for first-person and third-person games * Experience working with Motion Capture data and hand-keyed animations * Ability to demonstrate a broad range of character and creature animation skills * Very good understanding of animation principles * Experience managing people or leading a small team * Ability to report progress regularly to the Lead Animator * Proficiency in a major animation package, preferably MotionBuilder * Passion for creating realistic and ground-breaking animations * Ability to follow direction while also providing creative solutions to problems * Excellent problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills WE OFFER: * A friendly team of people who are enthusiastic about games * Possibilities for skill development and growth * All our games for free * 27 days of holidays per year, company profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contribution
