With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Office Assistant Intern to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect. RESPONSIBILITIES * Welcome visitors and support reception tasks.  * Handle incoming deliveries, mail, and packages with guidance of the team. * Prepare meeting rooms and keep shared areas tidy and ready to use. * Help monitor office supplies, snacks, and stock levels, and help place orders when needed. * Support basic purchases and order follow-ups, with guidance from senior team members.  * Work with the team to coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups. * Take part in organising internal events and team activities as part of a collaborative team effort * Support basic health & safety compliance tasks. * Respond to employees with office-related questions and requests. * Provide general administrative support to the Studio Operations team, gaining personal experience in office operations.  REQUIREMENTS * Currently studying or recently graduated in a related field is a plus, but not required.  * Well organised, reliable, and eager to learn how to follow up on tasks * Friendly, helpful, and service-minded. * Comfortable communicating with different people in the studio. * Willing to work with checklists, trackers, and basic processes. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools. * Fluent English and Spanish  WHAT WE OFFER * Hands-on experience in office operations * Exposure to vendor management, event coordination, and day-to-day business support. * Mentorship from the Studio Operations team. * A foundational understanding of how a creative/professional studio runs behind the scenes.
