As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an additional Lead Graphics Programmer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead, mentor and coach our Graphics team * Assist with recruiting of Graphics Programmers * Manage code reviews and code features documentation * Work in tandem with Larian Studios other programming Leads * Assist in maintaining, porting and extending our proprietary engine on multiple platforms * Debug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targets * Show a strong passion for low level coding and a big interest in performance analysis * Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standard  * Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards * Show strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art games *  Safeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrable Lead or Management experience * Extensive experience programming for games * Excellent C++ skills * Strong mentor and coaching ability * Excellent written and spoken English skills * Passion for making and playing great games * Experience with graphics APIs like Directx 12 and Vulkan * Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools * Multi threading should be second nature * This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.
