Your company on videoga.me
Claim your company’s profile, tell its story and invite your team to keep it up to date. Share this guide with anyone helping manage your profile.
1. Request company access
- Create an account or sign in, and verify your account email. A work email can help us confirm your connection.
- Find your company, open its profile and choose Claim this company.
- Enter your role and explain how we can independently verify that you may represent the company. Include an official page or another way to confirm your authority. The explanation needs at least 30 characters.
- Choose Request company access. Check Organizations for your request’s status and any review note.
We review access requests before granting editing rights. Your evidence is private to you and the videoga.me team. Please leave out passwords, identity documents and confidential company information.
Already have an owner on videoga.me? Ask them for an invitation. If your company is missing, send us its name and official website.
2. Update your profile
Once your request is approved, open Organizations and choose Manage profile & team beside your company.
Add your company bio and description, website and careers page. You can also upload a logo and cover, feature up to twelve games, add social links and list up to ten offices. Optional sections expand when you open them.
The description supports simple Markdown, such as lists, links and bold text, with a 5,000-character limit. Images can be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB each. Suggested sizes: a logo of at least 512 × 512 pixels, a 1600 × 500 cover and 600 × 800 game artwork.
Use Change company logo or Change company banner to choose and upload those images. For game artwork, choose a file and select Upload artwork or Replace artwork. Uploading an image does not publish it. Choose Save draft to keep your work private while you prepare the profile.
3. Preview and publish
- Choose Preview changes →. This saves your draft and opens the profile preview.
- Check the description, artwork and links. Choose Back to editing if anything needs changing.
- Choose Publish changes → when you are ready. Your saved profile becomes public immediately; profile edits do not need another access review.
- Choose View public profile ↗ to check the result and copy its address to share.
A company description is required to publish. Draft changes stay private until published. If a teammate has changed the draft, reload before continuing so you can review the latest version together.
4. Invite a teammate
In the company editor, find Your team, enter your teammate’s email and choose Create invitation. Copy the private invitation link and send it to that person yourself. No invitation email is sent automatically.
The link expires after seven days. Your teammate must sign in, verify the same email address you invited and choose Accept invitation. If asked to sign in again for a team change, sign out and back in, then retry within 30 minutes.
- Owners can invite and manage admins and editors.
- Admins can invite and manage editors.
- Editors, admins and owners can all edit, preview and publish the profile.
Give access only to people you trust to publish on the company’s behalf. For ownership transfers or disputes, contact us.
What about our job listings?
Your company profile and discovered job listings are separate. Editing the profile does not change a job’s description, application link, search location or availability.
You can connect published company offices to existing jobs in the editor. These connections show company-provided office information; they do not change the job’s search location or remote eligibility.
Direct job posting, editing and removal controls are not available in the company editor yet. For a correction, duplicate or closed role, send us the job’s page address and what needs changing.
Something not working?
Download a two-page copy of this guide (PDF) to send to your team.
If your request is still pending, check Organizations for its status. For an invitation, check that you are signed in with the invited email and that the link has not expired. For a stale draft message, reload and review the latest saved changes before publishing.
Send us feedback with the page address, what you tried and what happened. A screenshot and your browser or device can help. Please keep private invitation links and account details out of public feedback.
